After salt bath vulcanization the remaining adherent salt will be removed by a high efficient washing unit. The produced washing water with high salt concentration is cleaned by a new and reliable salt recycling system. The salty waste water is cleaned and vaporised so that the liquid salt goes in a closed cycle back into the LCM line. There is no any more harm and pollution of the environment due to discharge of washing water. This system decreases extremely the salt consumption of a salt bath vulcanization line.
