The rubicon LCM-vulcanization system has been developed during the last years to one of the most universal and productive continuous vulcanization systems on the market. Because of consequent development and innovation we optimized the process and reach now, depending on the basin length and compound formulation, line speeds up to 60 m/min at excellent surface quality of the profiles or hoses.
