Combined Infrared-/Hot-air Vulcanization Tunnel

The new combined infrared-/hot-air vulcanization tunnel is equipped with high performance quartz glass radiators and hot air circulation system for a high effective vulcanization and a deep entering into silicone extrudate.

The tunnel fascinates by high output as well as energy efficiency by using hot cooling air of radiators.

The appropriate conveying belt with automatic path correction realized by mechanic-electronic edge sensors make sure that the production is nearly cast-free.
